Starting January 6th, Lakeview is excited to begin the ministry Parent's Day Out. Monday and Wednesday 8:00 Am-2:00 PM or Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-2:00 PM. Resigration forms can be picked up at the Church Office, or you can click the following link to fill the form out online.
A $40.00 registration fee is required at the time of Pre-registration. This is an annual nonrefundable fee. This fee covers the administrative cost of enrolling your child(ren) into the program and also ensures your child(ren) placement will be held.
$225 a month for non-potty trained children.
$200 a month for potty-trained children.
*Teachers and administration will determine when a child is fully potty trained and let parent/guardian know when the lower rate will be applied. The child (ren) must be fully self-sufficient with restroom duties to be considered fully potty trained.
